We want to be better, happier people. Christ wants us to be better happier people.

Each Lent, we dedicate our Wednesday evenings to a special educational program.
The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with worship service. It continues with a 7:15 p.m. Soup Supper and concludes with a 7:45-8:45 p.m. Study Group.

For the more serious, we offer a University Sponsored (http://www.sewanee.edu/EFM/index.htm), 4 year Bible Study with structured Theological Reflection. The program admits 6-12 students per year; runs Sept.-May and requires 2-4 hours home study each week along with 2 ½ hour seminar each week (Sept. – May). For the fee of $340/year you receive your text books and the services of a trained mentor (a magna cum laude seminary graduate). Students commit to one year at a time. The First year covers the Old Testament; the second year covers the New Testament; the third Church History; and the fourth deals with current Christian issues.
